The tasting menu
In addition to the Market Menu, which we offer exclusively to our hotel guests, we serve a 3-, 5- or 7-course menu from Monday to Thursday and a 5-, 6- or 7-course menu for all our guests on Friday and Saturday.
This is our tasting menu. The menu is composed to create the ultimate taste experience. The latest techniques are used and you experience true gastronomy in terms of texture, taste and experience.
In addition, this menu can be supplemented with a matching wine arrangement and can be expanded with a selection of cheeses.
