Our tasting menu
In addition to the Marktmenu which we offer exclusively to our hotel guests, we serve a 3-, 5- or 7-course menu on Monday through Thursday and a 5-, 6- or 7-course menu on Friday and Saturday for all our guests.
This is our tasting menu. The menu is composed to create the ultimate taste experience. Here the latest techniques are used and you will experience true gastronomy in terms of texture, taste, and experience.
In addition, this menu can be complemented with a matching wine arrangement and can be expanded with a selection of cheeses.
