Souterrain 1634

Following the success of 't Tuintje van Halbert last summer, Restaurant Blumé is opening another unique pop-up restaurant. This time specifically for flexitarians, because who isn't thinking about conscious eating these days? In a location steeped in history and character: the basement of Hotel Corps de Garde, located on the

Old Boteringestraat 74 in Groningen.

Vegetables in the leading role

Chef Henrice Dijks (Restaurant Blumé) and his colleague Jarno Lucas (Hotel Corps de Garde) have developed a unique menu in which vegetables take center stage. Guests can choose from six refined vegetarian dishes and optionally add fish or meat supplements. This concept aligns with the growing trend of flexible and sustainable dining. The intimate setting creates a unique, personal experience.

We have limited seating, so please book in advance to secure a table.

Opening period: Thursday 30 October to Saturday 29 November

Opening hours: Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. Location: Het Souterrain, Hotel Corps de Garde – Oude Boteringestraat 74 in Groningen
